Refund policy
Because our kits are digital products with immediate access, all sales are final once access is granted. We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind refunds after access has been provided.
Covered products
This policy covers new purchases of Find Viral Formats Before You Create, 30 Hook Patterns Worth Testing, and Creator Outreach & UGC Starter Kit made under this policy. Any guarantee or refund terms expressly offered when you purchased will be honored for that purchase.
Delivery or product problems
If your files were not delivered, cannot be accessed, are defective or materially differ from the description, email nikita.friendlyalien@gmail.com with your purchase email, order number and a description of the problem. We will help resolve it and arrange any remedy required by applicable law or Dodo Payments.
Consumer rights and payment processing
This policy does not exclude or limit mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable cancellation rights and remedies for defective, misdescribed or undelivered products. Immediate digital access alone does not remove rights where additional legal requirements apply.
Dodo Payments is our merchant of record and retains authority over refund processing under its buyer terms. Any approved refund is processed through Dodo Payments; payment-method and banking timelines apply.
